Grace Ratliff was born in June 3rd 1940, in Middlesbro Kentucky. She has three sisters. Her parents are Ida Hurst and William Buck Goodlet. Her Step-Mother is Bessie A. Goodlet. She married George Ratliff, at the age of 15 in October 1955,she has four children David,Julie, Sherri, and Kim. She has Seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her Husband George Ratliff died in 1983 at the age of 52. She was much loved by her family and her church. She died of a brain tumor on April 9 2007 at the age of 66.
